FAQs

Sam, Vicki, or Kris will greet you at the front desk and get you checked in. Next, one of our vet techs/ animal whisperers will take you back to a room and collect information about your pet. Then, Dr. Hoffman will come in, take a look, and address any questions or concerns you may have.

Drop off is between 8:15-8:30 am. Please do not feed your pet after midnight, but water is ok until you leave for your appointment. Sam, Vicki, or Kris at the front desk will assist you with check-in. Dr. Hoffman or one of the vet techs will inform you of how long the surgery is expected to take, and we will call you when your pet is ready to go home! Post-surgery care information will be sent home with you to ensure continuity of care.

For domestic travel, book your appointment 2 weeks - 1 month prior to your travel date. For international travel (and Hawaii), book your appointment 4 - 6 months in advance.
